Program: Internal training program of 2000 employees
Since 2017, thanks to MIMAsoft, we have created an innovative and continuous training program for more than 2000 employees in three different operational areas, achieving a decrease in operational risks.
Training plan for 5000+ employees
In 2017, Finning CAT realized a training plan through MIMAsoft its module Training, coaching and preparing more than 5000 employees in four different countries in the region. The course, based on e-learning, resulted in the reduction of training management by 80%.
Positively migrating operational risks
In 2016, Alstom incorporated MIMAsoft´s module training, developing a program specializing in maintenance management and train repair. The implementation of this module resulted in the achievement of risk reduction in the operations.
